Nov 19th posting was more than kind to this firm...I received a notice from the IRS concerning my returns completed by this firm. I faxed a copy of this IRS letter and made numerous phones calls to Ms McCollum, and still did not receive…
Pros: Very professional initial meeting...and then.... Cons: Poor communications

Jennifer McCollum is very intelligent and professional. Their staff is very courteous and helpful. It may take them a while to call you back, but they do a great job.
